I-395 HOV Ramp at Seminary Road Environmental Assessment

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), is evaluating a High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) direct access ramp from the existing HOV lanes along Interstate 395 (I-395) to Seminary Road in Alexandria, VA to address the high volume of employee travel originating from south of Mark Center, also designated as BRAC 133 by the Department of Defense (DoD).
