Employer Incentives

Not only do the Employer Solutions help you recruit and retain your talented employees, but there are bottom line incentive programs available to help you implement new services or enhance existing programs. Potential incentives could include:

  • Up to $50,000 to establish a new or to expand an existing Telework!VA program
  • Up to nearly half the cost to start a new vanpool under the VanStart program, or keep an established vanpool on the road when unexpected rider loss occurs with the VanSave program
  • Up to half the cost of employee transit or vanpool fares as an employer match to employer support under the SmartBenefits program
