Motorists Should Prepare For Major Summertime Construction

Major 95 Express Lanes Project construction is underway along the I-395/95 corridor.  The Virginia Department of Transportation announced  that drivers traveling on I-95 should prepare for major lane closures and traffic impacts this summer due to construction activities that are in full force along a 29-mile stretch of 95.
