TEMPORARY I-495 CLOSURES AFTER MIDNIGHT
BRIDGE WORK AND DEMOLITION

ALEXANDRIA— Three lanes of I-495 north and south will close most weeknights nights near I-66 and Braddock Road with temporary total closures of all lanes for up to 30 minutes after midnight. Nearby ramps will also close at Braddock Road.

These closures allow crews to place steel beams and demolish  bridges.
